You Need To See This Mustang V8 4Sale Information

Ask any car collector, muscle car enthusiast or weekend road warrior, of all the features on any car, classic or not, the engine is awfully important. Not only the horsepower it produces, but the sound and reliability too. And a Mustang V8 4sale is nothing different. The engine is what made the car the "muscle car" that we have all come to know and love.

When Mustang began downgrading the engines of there various models a lot of fans began to lose heart. The Mustang was a high powered machine that was meant to be revved and enjoyed. Installing a lower grade engine turned the car that could rival many racing vehicles into a Sunday cruiser. Ford had various reasons for exchanging their high powered engines for average V-6 engines.

Many were environmental related, Ford wanted to help keep emission levels under control and others were consumer related. The powerful engines caused some consumers to face skyrocketing car insurance rates while others felt their high powered Mustangs were guzzling too much gas. After taking the V8 engine out of the Mustang for a while, Ford decided that it was time to reintroduce a new generation to the power of the Ford Mustang.

Even though it did take Ford a number of years to bring them back, we did finally see the 1995 Mustang GT roll of the assembly line with a new and improved V-8. The V-8's had been around, they were just under powered. Very quickly anyone looking for a Mustang V8 4sale was all over magazine trying to get information about these new and powerful engines.

It soon became common knowledge that the new Mustang V8 4sale offered a powerful 300 hp, much more than the low of 119 hp a few years ago.

After that Ford began increasing the horsepower of the Mustangs nearly every year there after. Starting at the newer 300 horsepower, they moved up to 320 hp in 1999, 385 hp at the start of 2000 and 390 hp in 2003. I'm sure that more increases are on the way.

These new models do more than just compare to the older models. They are starting to surpass them. The new engine designed especially for this new car is all light weight allowing the new Mustang to remain light and sleek instead of big bodied and heavy like many previous Mustang models.

The new V8 engine is 75 pounds lighter than previous V8 engine models but it still provides the same strength of the previous engines all while offering more power than previous V8 engines and a greater level of efficiency.

Even more so than in years past, the models of Mustang V8 4sale provide us a few varieties including automatic or five speed manual transmissions and convertibles and coupes. And, as with all cars these days, the advances in the electronic system, the 'brain' of the car, keeps growing and growing.
