Balance breathing is a complete system of breathwork, entirely distinct from any others, that employs conscious breathing to produce increased well-being and a greatly improved sense of inner peace and joy in life. It is beneficial for all types of trauma, helping to heal physical, mental, and spiritual wounds. Besides curing wounds, balance breathing has other uses, especial in the maintenance of optimal health.
