Permanent Facial Hair Removal Gives Lasting Relief

Apart from the bikini area, women in many countries around the world are expected to rid themselves of the hair on their bodies. A lot of time and effort, not to mention vast sums of money, are spent by women every year to keep the hair on their bodies under control. Under the label of "unwanted" comes the hair on arms and legs, underarms, upper lip, side burns, back, chest and belly. In short, it's almost the entire body, except for the head. A woman, to be qualifying as beautiful, should normally have no hair on her body.

A method of hair removal that been used for a long time, and is still prevalent today, is the razor. Razors are very effective with getting rid of unwanted hair, and they are cheap, can be obtained anywhere, and are easy to take with you. Women generally use them to shave the hair from their arms and legs.

There is a slight drawback to this method, however. The next day after shaving you can already feel the new hair growth pushing above the skin. Shaving every day is required to maintain a very smooth and hairless skin, and with our busy lives that is not always possible. Women demanded new and improved ways of getting rid of hair.

Tweezing, waxing, and threading are some of the alternate methods of hair removal that were developed. These methods last longer than shaving, and hence are better if the woman is traveling or lives in places where she is incapable of maintaining a daily routine of for hair removal. If daily shaving is not feasible, these other methods keep the hair off for longer periods of time. Waxing can keep hair away from periods ranging from two up to four weeks.

Permanent hair removal still remains the most desired and convenient solution. When women go through so much pain to have their hair removed periodically, would it not be wonderful to remove the problem once and for all? The best methods of permanent facial hair removal are done with the help of laser. Prior to lasers, electrolysis was the best option for permanent hair removal. The laser has proven to be more effective, and has become the preferred method.

Lasers are used to permanently remove hair from smaller areas such as the face. For larger areas, such as the back and legs, and new method, the laser diode, is applied to get rid of hair in those areas.
