Oops !!!! Now what!!!

Ooops, no the milk did not just spill and the sh#*T did not hit the fan, but it could have.

By taking a moment from the day, mind, body, spirit and karma are refreshed.
Lets take a look at these...

Mind - the most important tool we all have to keep us going and on track. The cpu, central processing unit of the human body, but burn it out, and then what..
Oops, no mind, nothing matters, take care to refresh the brain, sunshine, a cool glass of water, get away from this computer screen. Ten minutes can feel like hours if you just take the time to refresh your mind.

Body - without it nothing get done, the body is the work horse it does everything from filing papers to making phone call, to answering emails. Work it to hard and the brain and body scream, MIGRAINE! The body needs a moment as much as the mind, find a moment to relax the body allow it to feel relaxed, allow it to be relaxed. Rhythm, balance, rest and relaxation revitalize the body.

Spirit - within all is this powerful electrical energy(soul,spirit) whatever the term, without it the body and mind become lost. The spirit depends on the mind to energize it, the spirit relies on the body to carry it. IF the mind and body become exhausted so does the spirit, it becomes a dull flame rather than a flaming beacon of light. Simply enjoying the simplest things, revitalize the spirit, silence, the presence of that special someone, daylight, moonlight, star light, other energies.

Karma - karma is the yen and yang of everyday life, to much bad energy karma out of sync with body, mind and spirit. More good, than bad, body in sync with mind and body, always surround yourself with more positive energy than negative energy, think positive and act positive. If all that is around, is negative find positive, if life is negative, than find a positive, good energy comes from good sources but from silence and me moments. Never loose track of I and me moments, find those moments to energize your karma.

Rhythm, balance, rest and relaxation are the fundamentals to positive karma, a robust spirit, a vibrant mind and healthy body. Think positive and be positive.

Try this….
1. Breath
Find a comfortable position. Some place quite and for you

Focus your attention entirely on your breathing. Now breath!
2. Do one thing at a time rather than twenty!
But think of how often you've browsed the web or checked email while working on a project, drove the kids to the soccer game and talk to a client on the phone.

In our multi-tasking world, we are becoming less able to focus and it affects not only our productivity but our mood and our health. Doing twenty things instead of one at time is killing us all to quickly

Multi task to much and you may develop stress, duh!, and even high blood pressure.

Take a Walk!

Yes, take a walk, whether it be around the office, and if it is smile and say hello, to a few people but keep walking, its me time now!

Take a walk, outside, some fresh area will do you good.

Get a cup of coffee and walk, enjoy each and every sip, you will feel better in now time.

Read a book!

Yes, find a book, inspirational or other 15 minutes read that book! Me and only me time!
