Going Green is what many people are now choosing for all parts of their life experiences. Don't forget diet and exercise. A good brisk walk or run will invigorate you and put you in a positive state of mind. Your diet should include all the food groups with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, if available. Is your life stressful? Apart from diet and exercise, stress can de greatly reduced by volunteering your services to those who are less fortunate. Just working one day a week will give you an appreciation of how insignificant your problems and concerns really are, in relation to people who have real basic needs such as food, health and shelter. If you visit the local library, you should be able to find lots of books on the subject of skin care. Also, many popular magazines like Readers Digest carry related articles from time to time, and library staff should be able to help you perform a periodical search. In addition, ask to search their health videos for any skin care material.
