In Love With The Kitchen Aid 5 Speed Classic Plus Hand Mixer

I absolutely adore my Kitchen Aid Hand Mixer! It is one of my all time favorite gifts.

A gift from my grandma, my favorite kitchen partner, one Christmas, my Kitchen Aid 5 Speed Classic Plus Hand Mixer has quickly become one of my favorites. I had been using my stand mixer for every mixing need in my kitchen, and it didn't take me long to realize just what I'd been missing!

Talked about getting spoiled in a hurry! It did not take long for me to really fall in love with my new hand mixer. Until this time, I had used my big stand mixer for everything, but as soon as I got my Classic Hand Mixer I started using it for my smaller baking jobs. That one change made such a time saver in my kitchen since it is so much easier to clean up the small but might beaters instead of the huge stand mixer bowl.

My handy dandy Kitchen Aid Hand Mixer comes with two beaters which are sturdy enough for most kitchen mixing jobs. The nice thing is that the beaters snap easily into place and with just a quick push button release they are into the sink for a quick and easy clean up.

With just a little shopping around, you can generally find your very own Kitchen Aid hand mixer for about $50. Yes, there are a lot of Kitchen Aid mixer varieties out there but there's only one classic and it will soon be the go to appliance in your kitchen.

Although there are other mixers which are more high-tech, high speed and high priced, this five speed hand mixer can really hold its own. The way I figure it is, if you have something which needs a 12 speed hand mixer in order to blend, then it would probably be wise to invest in a stand mixer.

Hand mixers are great for small jobs, but larger mixing jobs are usually better managed by a stand mixer.

Don't skimp if you are a big batch baker. The hand mixer just won't handle those bigger jobs, it takes the big boy stand mixer. Again, pick the right mixer for the right job!

So if you haven't made the plunge into the hand mixer market, then maybe this is the time to do so. Your kitchen will be more efficient for you and after all, a well stocked kitchen is a happy kitchen.
