As our bodies are in fact made up of around 70% of water if we were to go without food this would not be too difficult on it but not having enough water can seriously effect the way in which it works. If you can drink cold water as this will, help to prevent you from feeling as hungry especially if you have cut down on the number of calories you are consuming. Plus by drinking sufficient amounts of water, it can help with eliminating the fat that you are in fact trying to lose.
