It is only logical and every honest company do their best to provide such services to their sellers. If it seems that the company plans to leave you alone with the product, do not sign a contract. There are plenty fish in the sea and there's no reason you should be stuck with some poorly prepared offer if you can sell things and services made by real professionals.
