When it comes to vacation destinations that emphasize having fun in the sun, nothing tops the Caribbean. Located just to the south and east of Mexico and north and west of Venezuela, South America where the waters are a stunning blue and the sun is hot, a Caribbean travel vacation has something for everyone, whether you are one for water sports, hiking, swimming, diving, and just simply frolicking on its white sand beaches.

Antigua is for Lovers

The island of Antigua is located just south of Barbuda, another popular Caribbean travel destination. Antigua is self-promoted as a "luxury Caribbean travel escape", and with good reason. The many hotels and resorts located around the coastline are favored by honeymooners visiting the romantic Caribbean.

Just visit the Cocobay Resort and you'll be taken in by the incredibly romantic atmosphere. The resort is located on a hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The 47 Creole-style cottages are decorated in soft pastel tones, and rates begin at an affordable $240. It's a small price to pay for a true piece of paradise.
